Stretching Exercises and Exercise Manual [Portuguese w/English subtitles]

Dra. Tatiana Mesquita e Silva, a physiotherapist at the Instituto Giorgio Nicoli in São Paulo, Brazil, demonstrates some exercises that can improve the muscle strength of patients with Post-Polio Syndrome. She holds a degree in Physiotherapy from the Universidade Sao Judas Tadeu (2002). She is currently a physiotherapist at the Federal University of São Paulo.She has experience in the area of ​​Neurofunctional Physiotherapy, working mainly on the following topics: Post Polio Syndrome, hydrotherapy, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, sleep and multiple sclerosis.
