Dr. Machell is a psychologist in independent practice and consultant to the International Rehabilitation Center for Polio, Spaulding-Framingham Outpatient Center, Framingham, Massachusetts. She specializes in working with medical trauma, physical disability and chronic illness. Her father was a polio survivor.
